Go to YouTube and locate your video you have uploaded.
Click on the link 'Share' located somewhere below the video window.
Click on the link 'Embed' to expose the HTML snippets in a text box.
Copy the HTML snippets and note the video size.
Login to Realsutra menu.
Click option '4. Edit Web Page'.
Click the red link 'Edit' on the left bottom to create a menu item.
Click the button 'Add Menu Button'.
Enter a title for your video in the field 'Choose a menu title'.
Ensure that the radio button 'Enter my own content below' is checked.
Enter a short content name for the checked radio button.
Click the 'Save' button to create the menu item.
Your created menu item should be located on the first row in the 'Menu List' page.
Click the 'Edit' button under the column 'Content' on the row with the newly created menu item.
Locate the symbol 'HTML' on the WYSIWYG editor to switch into HTML editing mode.
In the HTML Source Editor, paste the HTML snippets you copied from YouTube.
Click the 'Update' button at the bottom to save the inserted HTML snippets.
Click the 'Save' button at the top to save the inserted YouTube video.
Log out of Realsutra menu and refresh/reload your Realsutra web page.
You should see a menu item with the name of the link as that entered in the field 'Choose a menu title' when you were creating your Realsutra menu item a while ago.
Click on the specific menu item and your YouTube video should appear on the content area ready to play.
